You want someone to take a holistic approach, collaborate with your healthcare team, and help you achieve your health goals. Whether it be losing weight, improving cholesterol, resolving digestive issues, or kicking that sugar addiction to the curb, Prevene’s® Program sets measurements, designs your personal lifestyle plan, tracks your progress, and celebrates YOUR success!

Prevene® Programs are lifestyle based NOT prescription based. By focusing on nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, and social support we create your personal plan with a goal in mind, and collaborate with your healthcare team to help you with your treatment plan.

Programs are individually designed by a Family Nurse Practitioner, who know and understand your medical condition, but also have a passion for preventive medicine and specialize in lifestyle interventions: nutrition, activity, sleep, stress management, and health coaching.

Is it covered by Insurance?  Yes! It will be billed just like a regular office visit. You may have a small co-pay, but a large return in your health.
