HAYLEY AVINO, DNP, FNP-C, CF-L1
Hayley Avino is a Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner (Arizona State University class of 2021), American Academy of Anti Aging Functional Medicine Fellow, seasoned Registered Nurse, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She carries diverse professional, critical care, and leadership experience having worked as an RN for over eight years in Emergency Rooms throughout the country in addition to serving in a variety of ways throughout the COVID-19 pandemic prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She was a podium speaker at the Association for Teaching, Prevention, and Research virtual healthcare conference in Spring 2021. Hayley was nominated and awarded Arizona State University (ASU) Doctor of Nursing Practice Outstanding Scholar of 2021, ASU Health Innovation Exhibition Winner in Fall 2020, acted as a student leader and mentor for others, and participated in the Arizona AHEC COVID Scholars Program while obtaining her Doctoral Degree at ASU. Hayley’s special interests include immune dysregulation, gut health, medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement (male and female), peptide therapy, innovative intravenous treatments, performance optimization, integrative health modalities, and functional medicine. She rises to the challenge to help address the root cause of disease and aims to provide comprehensive, evidence-based, holistic, innovative, and sustainable healthcare for those she serves.
Hayley is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), as well as the International Peptide Society. Additionally, she is a well-known advocate for the substance use disorder (SUD) recovery community globally through her doctoral work known as “The D.R.E.A.M.E.R. Project: Defying Relapse through Exercise And Mindfulness to Extend Recovery”. She has been a featured guest on The Herren Project Live show as well as several media releases and podcasts, and currently serves on the board of The Barbell Saves Project.
Hayley was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, about 45 minutes outside of Chicago. When she arrived in Arizona in 2016 on a travel nurse assignment, the desert called her home. She planted roots, met her now-husband, and the rest is history. Together, they have two dogs, Deja and Indy. When she’s not working, Hayley stays balanced through fitness, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, & dogs. She is a cold brew coffee & tacos connoisseur. She loves to travel, but her favorite place of all time to visit is the Pacific Northwest.

Kathryn HAVENS (DiGiammarino), MSN, FNP-BC
Kathryn Havens (DiGiammarino) is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Kathryn received her Master’s degree at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Kathryn strives to achieve the best patient outcomes while also making a difference and providing quality care through a holistic approach. Prior to obtaining her FNP license, Kathryn worked as an RN in a pediatric school setting and spent many semesters interning at several of Boston’s world-renown hospitals including Mass General Hospital, Beth Israel, and Boston Medical Center.
Kathryn has gained specific areas of interest with her vital experience working as a family nurse practitioner. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, and migraine management. Kathryn enjoys working with young adults by helping them to maintain their health and well-being. She is passionate about helping others to improve their quality of life. Kathryn brings compassion, humor, and resilience to her work, always striving to provide the best possible care for her patients.
Outside of work, Kathryn has a passion for exercise, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
