Beth Segerholm, DNP, FNP-BC
Beth Segerholm is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, ND along with being a two sport collegiate athlete. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Arizona State University. Beth has enjoyed six years of nursing experience as an orthopedic/medical-surgical registered nurse at Honor Health Shea.
Beth is a passionate person both in her professional and personal life. She is motivated to help her patients feel their best through a holistic approach that focuses on root cause analysis in order to find a solution to her patients’ aliments. She understands that there is not a one size fits all approach to health and healing, and therefore, is committed to partnering with her patients to create an individual healthcare plan that is focused on prevention and lifestyle medicine.
Spending most of her life in North Dakota, Beth now enjoys Arizona’s sunshine through several outdoor activities. She values connecting with her family and friends as well as living a lifestyle that positively serves her mind, body, and soul.

Melanie Ferreira, FNP-C, MSN
Melanie Ferreira, FNP-C, MSN, is a board certified FNP and has practiced in the field of family medicine with a focus on health prevention and wellbeing. Melanie has 10 years of RN experience in surgical oncology, urology, and neurology from Honorhealth. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science degree from Grand Canyon University. Melanie’s passion is to deliver holistic, passionate and individualized care to all patients. Melanie has a focus to promote the prevention of disease through implementation of positive lifestyle choices. She focuses on a personalized approach when promoting health and counseling individuals on healthy lifestyle goals. In seeing a wide range of patients, she encourages health habits in teens to lifestyle medicine in adults. She is highly versed in preventative medicine and skilled at using a lifestyle holistic approach it treatment.
Melanie is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Arizona 17 years ago when she attended ASU for her Bachelors degree in Family Studies and Human Development. Melanie enjoys hiking, yoga, reading and spending time with her friends and husband. When not caring for patients, she is caring for her four fur babies.
